Phil Cooke

Phil Cooke has been interested in wine and food for many years, and holds all the wine trade qualifications to Diploma level. He is also an experienced scientist, lecturer, and author. As a Member of The Association of Wine Educators he is able to keep up to date by attending trade tastings and visiting wine producers.

Phil has given wine appreciation courses since 1999, and founded the Bath Wine Appreciation Circle in 2000. He gives wine talks and tastings to charities, societies, and clubs.He is also holds a Diploma as an accredited International Bordeaux Wine Educator
